This is the first time I try with ribbons...
and the first time each piece has 3 ribbons (see if you can find it

haha, actually this piece started out because I have the round earring base that I wrongly bought and wanted to do something with it
so then I just put various beads together on top and it then become like a beam balance.

with vines of 'leather' (actually I dont know what the material is called so I just call it leather) twisted around
Ribbon
don't know why I made this
haha... but I kept thinking of ribbon
and no matter what other shape i twist and turn,
it keep on looking like ribbon
so I thought whatever, let me make a nice ribbon then
the interesting thing is 'Ribbon' just like 'Dazzling Pixie' doesnt really look as nice just looking at it, but it looks much nicer when worn
interesting right...haha :)
btw, 'Dazzling Pixie' has changed name to 'Bouquet'
hubby said that's a better name, and he persist in thinking abt it after so long
actually I thought so too
maybe out of nostalgia i was thinking of it again
and FINALLY I decide to change its name.

Fusion
using a bigger clip base
I use a simple white ribbon base and different colors beads and crystals as design
the last touch is using wire to create curvature
thought it gave a fusion touch
thus the name "Fusion"

The length of the chain is very very long.

Firecrackers (鞭炮)
My colleague suggested that I make a firecrackers earrings since it's nearing Chinese New Year. I source around but just couldn't find the suitable beads to make it. I came across these beads and found the peach color quite nice for the new year.

I made this pink version of disco-ball on a whim, and it looks really like the silk ball that is used in the lion and dragon dances during CNY.
So thus the name. Happy preparation for CNY!
